Welcome to Rasa Feasts. By accessing or using our website and event venue services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or making a booking.

Definitions

“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Rasa Feasts.

“Client”, “User”, or “You” refers to any individual or organization using our website or booking our services.

“Venue” refers to the event space, facilities, and services provided by Rasa Feasts.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and management approval.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or advance payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure the venue.

Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional services requested after confirmation may incur extra charges.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Singapore where applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Booking deposits are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made close to the event date.

In unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate booking and contact information.

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event.

Any damages caused to the venue, equipment, furniture, or décor by the client or guests will be chargeable to the client.

Illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

Venue Usage Rules

Events must adhere to the agreed booking duration and operating hours.

Overtime usage may result in additional charges.

Outside vendors or decorators may require prior approval from management.

The use of hazardous materials, open flames, fireworks, or excessive noise may be restricted in compliance with Singapore regulations.

Decorations & Setup

Setup and teardown timings must be coordinated in advance.

Permanent alterations or damage to the venue structure are prohibited.

Rasa Feasts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors.

Catering & Food Services

Catering arrangements will be based on the confirmed package or agreement.

Outside catering may be permitted only with prior written approval.

Liability Disclaimer

Rasa Feasts shall not be held liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Injuries or accidents caused by client negligence or guest misconduct.

Delays or disruptions caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, technical failures, or events beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, images, graphics, and branding materials, are the property of Rasa Feasts and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Website Usage

Users agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Images used in the products are only for illustration purpose only.

Attempt unauthorized access to website systems or data.

Upload harmful, malicious, or disruptive content.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate website access for violations of these terms.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected through the website or bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, strikes, or utility failures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
