The brief ──
A disco-glam birthday for Ahana — where
the food had to match the sequins.
Ahana's parents wanted a celebration that felt special for both the kids and the adults in the room. The function room at The Arte gave them a sleek, modern backdrop — but it needed warmth, colour and a feast that would keep every guest happy from start to finish.
The ask: a full Indian buffet, a custom birthday setup, and décor that would make Ahana feel like the star of the evening — which she absolutely was.

A generous spread of North and South Indian dishes — from medu vada and semiya upma to biryanis, curries and fresh breads — set up and managed by our team from arrival to teardown.

Custom birthday décor
Gold and black balloon clusters, a custom Ahana birthday backdrop with her photos and disco motifs — coordinated through our décor partner so the family had nothing to chase.

End-to-end setup
Our team arrived early, arranged the buffet table with skirting, managed the chafing dishes throughout service and left the space clean — so the family could simply enjoy the evening.
